Protecknol Surface Protection and Maintenance is a member of the Kydore Group Pty Ltd. The company commenced operations after recognizing the need for professional application of specialised surface protection technologies. The Australian market is becoming ever more aware and educated to the benefits of AMS (advanced material science) ‘non stick’ surface protection technologies and is now following international experience in using these technologies to improve the performance, appearance and easy maintenance of widely used construction materials such as glass and fabricated metals.

What began as an on-site application business for the ClearShield and Ritecoat Systems, quickly evolved into a focused, professionally managed business assisting customers to solve vexing and costly surface protection, maintenance and performance issues.

We recently added a complete surface cleaning and maintenance service for clients so that we can now provide an end to end solution for customers; From initial construction protection, right through to scheduled ongoing cleaning and maintenance 'after-care' programs.

Using both Protectapeel and ClearShield products, our on-site application service allows surfaces that are often exposed to risk of annoying and costly damage to be protected during the construction process. The Protecknol Pure Water Cleaning division provides an ongoing cleaning and scheduled maintenance service for clients. This environmentally friendly 'Reach and Wash' technology uses the power of de-ionised, pure water to effectively clean exterior surfaces such as building glass and facades without the need for chemicals, EWPs, scaffolds and ladders etc. This advanced cleaning technology is suitable for both Protecknol treated and traditional untreated building surfaces.
